It’s hard to believe how our child’s sleeping habits and our overall family routine has improved in the last few weeks. Everyone in our household was struggling with a lack of consistent sleep due our son’s frequent night time wakings, not to mention his not being willing to fall asleep at all unless one of us was lying next to him.
Breanne spent an initial hour and a half conversation getting us set up on the right plan for our child (well beyond the agreed upon hour consultation), and provided us constant support throughout our time with her, even when she was traveling herself. She even offered a free follow up conversation with us after our two week counseling time was past, when we had to cancel one of our calls at the last moment.
Our son is now consistently going to sleep on his own and sleeping through the night, which has approved our entire family’s quality of life. If you’re hesitant about dropping a few hundred dollars on a sleep consultant, this is absolutely the best money we’ve spent in the last year.

When we started this process, I was incredibly hopeful (desperate), but ultimately I was very skeptical that someone could fix all the sleep challenges we'd been having with our twins for YEARS. Being almost 5, I thought they would be too smart/stubborn to learn any new habits, and our sleep routines were so ridiculous it was embarrassing. My kids were exhausted, unhappy, and always grumpy. They didn't want to go to school and they were constantly crying and fighting. Breanne changed all of that! My kids go to bed early, fall asleep quickly, and have minimal night wakings after just 2 weeks of training. It's incredible! They are completely different kids now. The process was a lot of hard work, and very emotional, but Breanne was there every step of the way, listening and guiding us to be able to provide help to our children. She was incredibly professional, smart, and thoughtful throughout the entire two weeks. This was such a great decision, and has been LIFE CHANGING for my entire family. I am shocked at the progress they've made in such a short time, and although we still have work to do, we feel fully equipped to continue the process on our own, thanks to Breanne! Can't say enough great things about our experience with her.

Breanne helped my daughter to establish healthier sleep habits!! My daughter was having trouble with early wakings and Breanne was able to help us get rid of those! She also helped us with transitioning to one nap and having that nap occur later than my daughter was currently napping. It has been a blessing for us. We are all getting better sleep and more sleep which is fantastic! She was very knowledgeable with safe sleep, appropriate amount of sleep for my child, acceptable wake and sleep times and all about the science behind sleeping and sleep cycles. She was easy to work with and definitely cares about kids getting the appropriate sleep! I would strongly recommend her to families that are struggling with sleep issues! For over a year I hardly slept due to my son wanting to nurse constantly during the night. To put it short and simple, I was starting to go crazy. I decided to go back to work full-time but was unsure how I would manage working on just a few hours of sleep a night. So my husband and I decided to try a sleep consultant as a last resort. My only regret is not contacting Breanne sooner. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Breanne’s support and expertise. She really guided us through the entire process and was also so accommodating and flexible. (We contacted her in a tizzy over the crazy holidays and she quickly squeezed us in, then my son got sick so we had to postpone and Breanne never made us feel rushed or cut our time short because of it). Very soon after we started our sleep plan our son, Nolan, started sleeping 12 hours a night. Every person in our family is happier because of it. We highly recommend Breanne! Seriously, don’t wait to get the help you need!

At my son's 14 month of age, neither he nor I had slept a full night since his birth. It felt doable until he went from waking once per night for a feeding to waking several times screaming and demanding my presence. I gave him what I thought he needed, only to have resorted to sleeping on his floor because if I tried to leave the room he would scream. Naps had fallen apart as well and he wouldn't go down without a fight. I love my son beyond measure, but I felt like his prisoner. Something had to change. Soapbox moment ahead! What’s that sound I hear? Oh yeah...silence that’s the sound of silence. Why am I so jacked up about that - because my 9 month old has been sleeping since 6pm. Yep 6 pm. So for many of you - you might be like yeah so what, or you might be like stop bragging. Well...this is my second kid and BOTH were terrible awful sleepers. Both did not sleep through the night, napped whenever they felt like it, and monopolized my bed. Why? Mostly because I didn’t know to teach them how to sleep. Sleep is 100 percent a learned behavior (which I didn’t know until now.) Their poor sleep habits were mostly my fault as I had no clue what I was doing. 🤷♀️ I’m telling you this not to gloat but maybe you will learn from my mistakes. Sleep is not only crucial to your kiddos health but it is imperative for mommas emotional mental health. Which is so important to me
So I just want to thank my junior high basketball teammate Breanne Canzoneri who on her journey to become a certified sleep consultant selected our family for sleep training. In 2 weeks Joey went from napping whenever he felt like it on the the floor and later falling asleep nursing - (only in my bed)to taking two 2 hour naps a day and going to bed at 6pm and sleeping till 6 am!!!
I was a mess - sleeping only a few hours a night and so angry and exhausted all the time. I think this definitely contributed to my post partum depression with Sophia. Before this - I was super pissed off at my husband all the time who slept like a freaking baby.
Mommas I’m begging you - don’t be afraid to ask for help. Don’t be like me and let your infants poor sleep schedule rule your life. Now it’s 8 pm and my kiddo has been asleep for 2 and half hours and I’m happily enjoying some wine Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga with the hubs.

I knew I needed some help when I could not get my 17-month-old to sleep through the night. He was waking several times to nurse, grumpy all day, and refusing to nap unless in the car. My son from day one has had trouble sleeping at night on his own. As he entered his toddler years it became even harder on everyone. I was told to contact Breanne through a friend that also used her. We got on board and started sleep training my son who I thought would be impossible to sleep train. The first night was rough but by night 3 we saw HUGE improvement. When we met Bre, we had a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 1/2 year old waking up most nights, and coming to join us in bed. Our bedtime routine was extremely inconsistent, and our kids were more sleep deprived than we realized. We had no idea how our inconsistencies were the main factor in our kids not sleeping well. We enjoyed working with Bre! She was very supportive and kind and answered all our questions In a timely manner. Mostly training is about training the parents to allow the child to do what they are capable of, Bri is an amazing support for parents, she is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in sleep training. When the four month regression hit our little one, we didn’t know what to do. We went from having a baby who slept 9 hours straight to one that woke every 2-3 hours. Breanne helped us transition her to her crib safely and happily and within 4 nights, she was sleeping 13 hours with very few wake ups (and no crying)! Naps were also a huge challenge as she only napped for 30 minutes at a time. Once we figured out a schedule, the naps started to fall into place. They are still a struggle, but getting longer and longer as the days go on. We are so grateful for Breanne!!

We struggled to sleep train our daughter on our own but felt overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. A friend of ours recommend Sleep Bar and after a year of terrible sleep, we decided to give it a try.

Breanne was fantastic. She really listened to our family's routine, hopes, plans, dynamic, etc. and gave us thoughtful suggestions so we could form a plan we were all behind. Within just a couple days we saw incredible results, and our child was sleeping through the night within 3 days. In his whole life, he'd never slept through the night! We'd been leaning on melatonin to help him get to sleep, and she helped us confidently get over that pattern. We have literally never slept better as a family, and we're all happier because of it. My husband and I have time for hobbies and chores again, spending time together at the end of the day, and time with our kiddo in the mornings, refreshed and happy. It's incredible what can be accomplished in such a short amount of time, and we owe it all to Breanne's suggestions and support!!! Truly, it wasn't just a sleep training - it was a crash course in parenting for us that we didn't even know we needed, but were so glad we got. I will be the first person to say that sleep training definitely scared me. I understood that there were different approaches to sleep training I still wasn’t sure if it was really for us or should I say for me. Of course, I never wanted to hear my baby cry so I thought I was helping him by picking him up, rocking him and nursing him every time he would make a small whimper. I didn’t realize that we had created several negative sleep associations for him. Bedtime for us consisted of rocking to sleep or nursing to sleep and when we were done with that we would top it all off with the pacifier. Once rocking and nursing to sleep or re-inserting his pacifier didn’t work and only cuddling next to mommy did we turn to cosleeping. Which meant my husband was sleeping on the floor or in the chair so that my son could sleep in the bed with me. With the understanding that this is not ideal and realizing we needed to make sure that we were all sleeping and developing safe sleeping habits, we knew something had to change.
Again, I worried that sleep training him would make me a bad mom by allowing him to to cry. After encouragement from my husband, I contacted Bre. I explained to her our situation and she consulted with us on how to best support Anthony in his sleep. We selected the method that worked best for our family and I’m happy to report that in less than four days Anthony sleeps through the night in his own crib. Yes, at times, he does wake up in the night but he is able to self soothe without any support from us or a pacifier. This has been life changing. We are all able to get quality sleep!
We are confidant that Anthony’s brain is getting the rest it needs to continue to build strong connections. We cannot thank Bre enough for giving us our bedroom back but most importantly, teaching us how to best support Anthony’s brain development through sleep.
